车生泉,男,长聘教授,博士生导师,可持续生态设计中心主任,弗朗霍夫FIP城市生态实验室主任,保加利亚中心执行主任,农业农村部都市农业重点实验室副主任,上海市一带一路国际联合实验室--中保气候变化乡村生态系统治理项目负责人,上海教委智库建设项目--气候变化与城市适应性治理项目负责人,中国城市治理研究院研究员;第二、三届全国风景园林专业硕士教育指导委员会委员,中国建筑文化协会风景园专委会副主任委员,上海市植物学会副理事长,上海市风景园林学会常务理事、上海市生态文化协会理事,上海市海绵城市专家委员会委员,上海市绿化与市容局科技委委员;长期致力于城乡生态系统服务与可持续生态设计、气候适应性城市与海绵城市等方面的研究;主持国家自然科学基金,国家重点研发计划课题、科技部国际合作项目、农业农村部都市农业专项、上海市重点研发和国际合作项目、政府司局委托研发项目等20多项,发表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI 等论文100余篇,出版专著8部,获得发明专利授权18项;建立了城市生态发展指标、长三角乡村生态保育与生态修复设计关键技术、上海市气候变化脆弱性评估指标体系、海绵城市关键技术与规划设计体系,生态社区优化设计与管理技术。相关成果应用到城乡生态规划设计和工程建设中,承担各类重点规划设计项目(含咨询)30余项,技术成果转化应用6项。
主持国家级科研项目(含国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划(科技支撑)课题(子课题)、国际合作项目)10项,省部级科研项目10余项,人居环境与乡村振兴等领域重点项目规划设计与咨询方案20余项,发表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI 等论文100余篇,出版专著8部,获得发明专利授权18项,获得省部级奖4项,上海交通大学凯原十佳教师,主持教育部园林卓越农林教育改革项目1项、上海市特色课程1项。
