车生泉,男,长聘教授,博士生导师,可持续生态设计中心主任,弗朗霍夫FIP城市生态实验室主任,保加利亚中心执行主任,农业农村部都市农业重点实验室副主任,上海市一带一路国际联合实验室--中保气候变化乡村生态系统治理项目负责人,上海教委智库建设项目--气候变化与城市适应性治理项目负责人,中国城市治理研究院研究员;第二、三届全国风景园林专业硕士教育指导委员会委员,中国建筑文化协会风景园专委会副主任委员,上海市植物学会副理事长,上海市风景园林学会常务理事、上海市生态文化协会理事,上海市海绵城市专家委员会委员,上海市绿化与市容局科技委委员;长期致力于城乡生态系统服务与可持续生态设计气候适应性城市与海绵城市等方面的研究;主持国家自然科学基金,国家重点研发计划课题、科技部国际合作项目、农业农村部都市农业专项、上海市重点研发和国际合作项目、政府司局委托研发项目等20多项,发表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI 论文100余篇,出版专著8部,获得发明专利授权18项;建立了城市生态发展指标、长三角乡村生态保育与生态修复设计关键技术、上海市气候变化脆弱性评估指标体系、海绵城市关键技术与规划设计体系,生态社区优化设计与管理技术。相关成果应用到城乡生态规划设计和工程建设中,承担各类重点规划设计项目(含咨询)30余项,技术成果转化应用6项。

主持国家级科研项目(含国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划(科技支撑)课题(子课题)、国际合作项目)10项,省部级科研项目10余项,人居环境与乡村振兴等领域重点项目规划设计与咨询方案20余项,发表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI 论文100余篇,出版专著8部,获得发明专利授权18项,获得省部级奖4项,上海交通大学凯原十佳教师,主持教育部园林卓越农林教育改革项目1项、上海市特色课程1项。
