With the accelerated process of global urbanization, cities are facing challenges such as traffic congestion, housing shortages, and declining infrastructure. Simultaneously, chal-lenges like climate change, aging populations, and resource scarcity continue to emerge. The urgent need to construct inclusive, safe, and sustainable communities is evident. We call for global universities to come together and contribute to sustainable future habitats using the power of design combined with new technologies.​
