Three Pieces of Work by Architecture Professors at the School of Design Selected for the World Architecture Festival

The World Architecture Festival is the largest annual international architectural conference, and it is one of the largest and most prestigious international architectural ceremonies.

On July 4th 2019, the World Architecture Festival announced nominations for 2019, among which were three pieces of work by the School of Design, named Pet’s Home, Home of Xiamutang, and Xichao Bookstore.

The World Architecture Festival is the world’s largest event in architecture and it has been hosted successfully by EMAP for 11 years since 2008. It is a thorough review by the architecture industry of the past year’s new architecture. With outstanding works from all over the world competing, it is known as the Oscars of architecture.

WAF has announced the list of judges for 2019, consisting of the most influential figures in the field of international architecture. The award ceremony will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands from December 4th to 6th 2019.
