He led Tineco Industrial Design Center to focus on promoting the integration and innovation of the industrial chain through design and made significant contributions to the development of the industry. The team has won over 40 well-known design awards at home and abroad, including the German Red Dot Award, the IDEA Award, the German IF Award, the domestic China Red Star Award and the China Good Design Award. <THE SOUND DESIGN OF CONTEXT-AWARE VACUUM CLEANER>-ABSTRACT

Over the past ten years, context-aware technology has been widely used in the home appliance industry. Through the analysis of information obtained by sensors, combined with the application of technologies such as the Internet of Things, the Internet, and artificial intelligence, home appliances have gradually become a tool that passively receives control commands. Become an active interactive object that can perceive the operating environment, human response, and make independent judgments. The interactive content of context-aware home appliances is much higher than that of traditional home appliances. If there is no excellent interactive experience, it is easy to cause problems such as high learning costs for users, overload of interactive information, and excessive cognitive load, leading to poor user experience. The current research on the interaction design of context-aware home appliances is mainly focused on the visual interface design, but the second largest sensory experience channel for information acquisition-hearing, that is, sound experience design is still lacking. Although sound has been widely used in interactive interfaces, related design research is relatively limited. This paper combines the related theoretical frameworks and methods of sound experience design to exploratively construct a set of research processes and implementation methods for the sound experience design of situation-aware vacuum cleaners, in order to further improve the sound user experience of vacuum cleaners. Through literature research, qualitative user and expert surveys, an evaluation index set that affects the user experience of the situation-aware vacuum cleaner is constructed, which includes situational awareness factors and sound experience design elements. After that, through quantitative questionnaire analysis, the weight of each situational factor and the correlation with the sound experience design elements were determined, and through experimental verification, the sound experience design guidelines for situation-aware vacuum cleaners were obtained. Finally, based on the research conclusions, the sound experience design practice of the situation-aware vacuum cleaner is carried out, and the application effect of the design guidelines in practice is understood through expert evaluation. The main results of this research: 1. Discuss the correlation between the situational factors and sound experience design elements when users use situation-aware vacuum cleaners, and build a set of sound experience design guidelines based on the three context categories of user, environment, and task. The sound design of subsequent situation-aware home appliances provides evaluation criteria. 2. Apply the sound experience design guidelines of situation-aware vacuum cleaners to the application practice of next-generation wet and dry vacuum cleaners, providing a certain direction reference for the sound design of other vacuum cleaners. At the same time, it also provides feasible development suggestions for the improvement of sound experience design in the home appliance industry.
