Currently, As Buessiness Opreating Director at bilibili, leading the business team to deliver bilibili's unique blind box purchasing experience and innovative transaction methods. Achieve an annual business turnover of over 500 million, and also lead bilibili's Creative Design and Art teams within the trading ecosystem department. Prior to 2022, served as the Design Director at bilibili, responsible for end-to-end user experience in bilibili's e-commerce business and served as a judge for bilibili's senior designer promotion channel. Built the design team and transaction service experience for e-commerce business from scratch, transforming "bilibili会员购" into the leading brand for ACG derivative product transactions in China.With over 10 years of design experience, accumulated a wealth of experience and methodologies in multi-platform design. Previously held positions related to C-end and large-scale SAAS product design at companies such as Ctrip and HP. By continually applying design thinking to meet business objectives, have helped companies achieve both business growth and improved user reputation, believing that design is a powerful force in enhancing a better life.Beyond bussiness job,also serve as an external mentor at two universities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and China University of Mining and Technology, where I have gained rich experience in design management and nurturing young design talent. My goal is to enhance the professional skills and commercial design sensibilities of design students and continually cultivate more outstanding young designers, increasing the influence and societal value of designers in business activities.
