Dr. Fei Mo studied urban landscape evolution and conservation in Shanghai, Paris, London, Singapore and the United States since 2007. She was a Summer Fellow of landscape studies at Dumbarton Oaks, Havard University in 2013. Her research approach integrates ecological and historical perspectives in urban landscape conservation and spatial planning. She currently serves as the Representative of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) on the Steering Committee of Sustainable Cities and Landscapes within the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU). Additionally, she holds the position of an associate member of the International Scientific Committee of Cultural Landscape (ICOMOS-IFLA ISCCL). Her work has been published by top academic journals in the landscape domain and she serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Landscape Architecture (JoLA). Notably, her research has gained recognition from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), with one of her papers being included in their PubAg database in 2021.
