讲座简介

INTRODUCTION

杨浦滨江正是通过公共空间的复兴，从过去人们记忆中“大杨浦”的印象中蜕变而出，迎来新的身份认同。本次导览聚焦杨浦滨江南段，这条曾经的“中国近代工业文明长廊”，如今已转型为开放共享、充满活力的滨水公共空间。项目秉持“向史而新”与“锚固与游离”的理念，创造性保留了防洪墙、码头、塔吊等工业遗存，并通过水厂栈桥、电厂遗迹公园、“人人屋”驿站等新旧交织的介入，将工业记忆转化为当代市民的日常体验，实现了从封闭生产岸线到诗意生活水岸的复兴。三位导览人将结合同济原作工作室在杨浦滨江公共空间的一系列重要实践，从不同维度解读杨浦滨江的更新策略与空间魅力。

It is precisely through the revitalization of public spaces that Yangpu Waterfront has shed its past image as "Big Yangpu" in people's memories and embraced a new identity. This guided tour focuses on the southern section of Yangpu Waterfront, once known as the "Corridor of Modern Chinese Industrial Civilization," now transformed into an open, vibrant, and shared waterfront public space. Guided by the principles of "Learning from the Old Towards the New" and "Anchoring and Dissociation," the project creatively preserves industrial relics such as floodwalls, docks, and cranes. Through interventions like the Water Plant Footbridge, the Power Plant Heritage Park, and the "Renren House" pavilion, industrial memory is woven into the daily experiences of contemporary citizens, realizing the transformation from a closed industrial shoreline to a poetic living waterfront. The three guides will draw on a series of key practices by the Tongji Original Design Studio in the Yangpu Waterfront public space to interpret the renewal strategies and spatial charm of the area from multiple dimensions.

刘静怡 / LIU Jingyi

同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司建筑师。深度参与杨浦滨江公共空间设计、深圳观澜河碧道设计、深圳茅洲河碧道设计、深圳西丽大学城开放设计、成都公园城市国际花园季等大型项目，2023年上海城市空间艺术季杨浦展区策展助理，2025CADE建筑设计博览会执行总策展人。

Architect, Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. Deeply involved in large-scale projects including Yangpu Riverside Public Space Design, Shenzhen Guanlan River Greenway Design, Shenzhen Maozhou River Greenway Design,  Shenzhen Xili University Town Open Space Design and Chengdu Garden City International Gardening Festival.

Curatorial Assistant, Yangpu Exhibition Area of 2023 Shanghai Urban Space Art Season.

Executive Chief Curator, 2025 CADE Architectural Design Expo.

吴    尤 / WU You

同济大学与宾夕法尼亚大学联合培养博士研究生，宾夕法尼亚大学未来城市研究所兼职助理研究员，美国注册风景园林师，美国景观设计师协会会员，中国美术家协会会员。兼任上海市建筑学会公共空间与城市基础设施专业委员会委员、西安市设计师协会城市设计与更新分会副会长、西安市法学会城市更新与城乡治理法律研究会理事。

Ph.D. candidate at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University, Joint Ph.D. Student at the Stuart Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, Research Fellow (part-time) at the Future Cities Initiative, University of Pennsylvania, Registered Landscape Architect (RLA).

Research area: built environment regeneration, integrated transformation of urban infrastructure.

李    宾 / LI Bin

同济大学建筑与城市规划学院景观学系助理教授、硕士生导师，主要研究方向聚焦于工业遗存与基础设施景观、城市更新与公共空间运维，长期致力于工业遗产保护与再生的理论探索与实践应用，并通过教学、科研与社会服务的融合，推动城市公共空间品质的持续提升。主持及参与国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等多项课题，在《中国园林》《风景园林》等核心期刊发表多篇代表性研究成果。

Assistant Professor and Master's Supervisor in the Department of Landscape Architecture, College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University. His primary research focuses on industrial heritage and infrastructure landscapes, urban renewal, and public space operation. With a long-term commitment to the theoretical exploration and practical application of industrial heritage conservation and regeneration, he integrates teaching, research, and social engagement to advance the quality of urban public spaces. He has led and participated in multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and has published several influential research papers in core academic journals such as Chinese Landscape Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
