预告｜中国-保加利亚气候变化与乡村振兴论坛（2023上海） 暨上海市“一带一路”国际联合实验室研究基地授牌仪式

在近日举办的第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛开幕式上，习近平总书记发表题为“建设开放包容、互联互通、共同发展的世界”的主旨演讲，宣布中国支持高质量共建“一带一路”八项行动，其中“推动科技创新”一项强调中方将继续实施“一带一路”科技创新行动计划。由上海交通大学承担的上海市“一带一路”国际联合实验室建设项目——“中国-保加利亚乡村生态系统气候变化适应性治理国际联合实验室”正是以支撑“一带一路”高质量发展和上海科技创新中心建设为目标，旨在推进气候变化乡村生态系统风险管理和适应性治理领域的学术研究、技术应用和人才培养的国际合作。
The construction project of the the Belt and Road International Joint Laboratory - the "China Bulgaria International Joint Laboratory for Climate Change Adaptability Governance of Rural Ecosystems", undertaken by Shanghai Jiaotong University, aims to support the high-quality development of the "the Belt and Road" and the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, and aims to promote academic research in the field of risk management and adaptive governance of climate change rural ecosystems International cooperation in technology application and talent cultivation.

论坛简介
本论坛将围绕乡村气候变化、气候适应性治理与乡村振兴等主题，来自索非亚农业经济研究院、保加利亚科学院、索非亚大学、普罗夫迪夫农业大学、国民与世界经济大学、一带一路”减贫与发展联盟、中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所、上海交通大学和6个研究基地的专家学者和管理人员分享各自的研究成果和实践经验，探讨深入合作的工作方案和推进机制。
This forum will focus on rural climate change, climate adaptive governance and rural revitalization and other topics, from the Sofia Institute of Agricultural Economics, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the University of Sofia, Provdiv Agricultural University, the University of National and World Economics, the the Belt and Road Poverty Reduction and Development Alliance, the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Experts, scholars, and managers from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and six research bases share their research achievements and practical experience, and explore work plans and promotion mechanisms for in-depth cooperation.
